Cocktail no. 1
Set sail with the Dark & Stormy
A twist on the Moscow Mule. Thought to have been created by the Royal Naval Officers Club after the First World War, this drink is amazingly refreshing. Combine all the ingredients in the Boat Race glass and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wedge and you’re set! 

Ingredients
50ml Dark Rum
100ml Ginger Beer
25ml Lime Juice 
Sugar Syrup to taste

Cocktail no. 2
Go overboard with the Jaded Lady
With a contrast of blue and orange giving it an elegant finish, the Jaded Lady is a cocktail for anyone looking to impress and go ever so slightly overboard! 

Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and give them a good shake. Strain into the Sea, Stripe, Sun glass and enjoy!

Ingredients
45ml Gin
45ml Advocaat
15ml Orange Juice
5ml Blue Curaçao
A Dash of Orange Bitters

Cocktail. no. 3
Say ahoy to the Jägerita
Try a twist on a classic Margarita with the Jägerita. With notes of liquorice, herbs and sour lime... it’s one to pack a punch! Give all the ingredients a good shake up and strain into a Fishy Bubbles glass with a lime wedge to serve.

Ingredients
60ml Jägermeister
30ml Cointreau
30ml Fresh Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup

And why not have a go at the tea trend cocktails! Add your favourite fruity loose leaf tea to a cafetière along with some lemonade, leave in the fridge to cold brew overnight, add an alcohol of your choosing - we splash in the vodka or rum! - give it a shake, fill a Fishy Escape glass to the brim and hey presto!
