For us, a good business is a conscious business. So, this Earth Day, we're sharing some of things we're doing at Bert & Buoy to tread more lightly on the planet and reduce our impact. We believe small, independent businesses have more heart and can change the world in all we do. 

👌  Buy once, buy well is our product design ethos. This is original art, made to keep and timeless homeware, made to last.

😬  No plastics here. Natural materials are at the core of everything we make, like our entire textile collection, which is made from unbleached natural cotton.

♻️   Recycled where we can. Our blankets are made from 75% recycled yarns - post-consumer fashion waste. This means less clothes entering landfill and a saving on water energy.

🖤   Our Dartmouth store was made with great care, using restored furniture, upcycled materials and reclaimed props. Watch this space for Curated by Bert - the coastal salvage collection, ready to take home.

👍   FSC certified and recycled is the only way to go when it comes to our stationery, store displays, marketing and packaging, including every carrier bag and mailing box.

🇬🇧   Made in UK. We work with other family businesses to make our products. They are masters of their craft with ethical and sustainable production on our doorstep.
