Returns

Here's a little information about our Returns Policy:

  • As a customer of www.bertandbuoy.com you have 14 days from the date you receive your purchase to request an exchange or refund (unless your item is excluded from refunds and exchanges - see below).

  • Refunds and exchanges will not be possible where brand labels and swing tags are removed and where items are clearly used, soiled or damaged.

  • Certain items are exempt from exchange and refund. These include made to order items - such as framed art, wood relief artworks, and any personalised items - bespoke commissions - including digital and printed items - and gift vouchers. 

  • Art prints are meticulously checked and sent in a heavy duty packaging. Art must be returned in the same condition as it was purchased, we will not accept refunds or exchanges if the art is damaged, stretched, torn, scratched, smudged, marked, smells... you get the picture.

We strongly recommend you return your purchase in appropriate packaging and keep receipt for proof of postage - using a tracked service to guarantee delivery of your returned item to us. Shipping/delivery costs and/or import duties are non refundable and we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.

 

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s), paid directly to the debit/credit card used for the original purchase.
