Delivery Information

Thank you for supporting a small business and independent artist. We handcraft much of what you see and often we make to order. We put love and care into wrapping and packing your order. We only ever use sustainable packing materials and you can recycle our packaging after use.

STANDARD DELIVERY: See individual listings for dispatch times on art, bellyboards, blankets, canvases and sculptures. UK delivery is £3.99 using Royal Mail Tracked48. All orders over £100 will receive FREE Royal Mail Tracked48 delivery - excluding framed prints, canvases and wood reliefs, which are sent via courier in a custom made boxes (see individual listings for delivery costs). 

ART EXCLUSIONS: Wall art is dispatched within 7-15 working days for art prints (unframed) and 3-6 weeks for framed and wood relief art with an additional cost to cover the glass safe box and courier delivery (this is pre-selected on the dropdown at the latest rates). If art is available in our gallery or studio, we can dispatch sooner and you can use the CHAT function or email customerservices@bertandbuoy.com to check about an urgent requirement or gifting need. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Right now, as standard, we only dispatch orders within the UK. If you have a special request to ship outside of the UK, please contact us at customerservices@bertandbuoy.com for assistance.
