Are you ready to hear about a special collaboration? THAT Group are set to exhibit the work of Bert & Buoy's Bert Fowler in the new At Harbourside and Hampton by Hilton in South Devon. 

Fabio Bragoli of THAT Group took the role of independent curator: scouting for the right artist – selecting Bert - and then exploring the possibilities for creation and presentation of the artists’ work. At Harbourside will be an immersive and unique experience of Bert’s work. This collaboration seeks to create a genuinely authentic connection between artistic creation and interior space.

Bert’s signature style is a new take on nautical - minimal realism – using precise graphic lines, Cubist like shapes and bursts of colour to present original wildlife compositions and enchanting repeat patterns.

THAT Group’s Peter Tisdale and Fabio Bragoli have been on a journey with Bert including site visits, artistic development and material selection; and then working with local and regional makers to turn ideas into site specific installations and works that will be a permanent feature at the hotel. The works are exclusive to At Harbourside and are not just displayed in the hotel and building’s public areas, but also decorate bedrooms and accessories.
